We have been given
the opportunity for all of our clients to transfer their WorkCover insurance to a single insurer, to
obtain the best level of WorkCover
service and support for our clients.
This step will
provide us with a dedicated WorkCover
Account Manager to assist in the management of all our clients’ WorkCover compensations insurance policies,
premiums and claims.
Most
importantly, the appointment will provide us and our clients with
better bargaining power when processing claims and will also help
reduce your administrative costs.
Accordingly we are recommending you transfer your WorkCover insurance to CGU. Along with this bargaining power some
of the advantages and services CGU offer are:
- One Point of Contact – Provision
of a direct contact point for all areas of workers’ compensation
including claims management, premium management, OHS and Return to
Work.
- Premium Management –
Provision of technical expert advice on proposed structure
workplaces, splitting of establishments and associated issues.
Advice regarding grouping issues.
- Injury Management Service –
Provision of Injury Management Solutions to optimise injury
recovery.
- Risk Management –
Provision of consultancy advice and resources.
- Trauma Management Service –
Offering 24 hour counseling in the event of a critical incident
(CGU will pay initial $500).
- CGU Quarterly Magazine –
providing up to date information on legislative
requirements/changes.
The transfer
process is FREE and all you need to do is simply complete a transfer
form (see below to download this form) and fax or post it to our
office. Your WorkCover Employer Number will remain
unchanged and premiums paid to date, will be credited to your account.
